Cyprus – 0% VAT Rate for basic food and women’s hygiene products extended.

Cyprus – 0% VAT Rate for basic food and women’s hygiene products was extended till 30th June 2024.

Cypriot Council of Ministers decided to further extend 0% VAT Rate for basic food and women’s hygiene products till 30th June 2024.
The reduction to 0% VAT was introduced in May 2023 as part of the government’s “Anti Inflation Shield” package and was due to expire on 30th April 2024
