Slovakia – Draft bill proposing a temporary reduction of the VAT Rate for gasoline and diesel fuels to 8%

Slovak parliament has accepted for consideration a draft bill proposing to reduce VAT Rate for gasoline and diesel fuels from 20% to 8%.

As per the draft bill the reduced VAT Rate would be applicable from 1st July 2024 to 31st Dec 2025.
